Research has shown that up to 10 percent of cancers are due to factors that are passed on from one generation to the next. The Adventist Health Early All-Around Detection (AHEAD) Program is reducing the risk of hereditary cancer by encouraging genetic screening.
A Conversation on Teen Depression and Anxiety, moderated by Dr. Ken Robbins, with special guests, Jeni Olsen, Founder of Teens Connect and Rob Weiss, Executive Director of Mentis.
Following the screening of Angst, a compelling 1-hour documentary about anxiety, we’ll have a panel discussion on the causes and symptoms of anxiety – and what kids and parents can do about it.
