Health Clinics and Vaccinations

The mobile health team offers a range of preventative screenings, including height, weight, blood pressure, A1c, and a comprehensive cholesterol panel, along with education on the results. Additionally, they provide support with medication management and guidance on chronic disease management. The team will also administer regular-dose flu vaccines for individuals aged 2 and older, with high-dose flu vaccines available for those aged 65 and older.

Vaccines Homebound Individuals and Special Needs Children

With the ongoing spread of COVID-19 across Napa County, Adventist Health St. Helena/St. Helena Hospital Foundation Mobile Health Team wants to ensure everyone can access vaccines. That’s why we’re pleased to offer vaccines to homebound individuals across Napa County in the comfort of their homes.

If you are homebound and/or fall under these categories:
  • You need the help of another person or medical equipment such as crutches, a walker, or a wheelchair to leave your home.
  • Your doctor believes your health or illness could worsen if you leave your home.
  • You have a special-needs child (ages 5 or older) who has yet to receive a COVID-19 vaccine or booster.
