Join Us for our Annual Holiday Toy Drive & Family Celebration!
Our Mobile Health team delivers year-round preventative care—health assessments, sports physicals, vaccines—and fresh produce through our Food as Health Program. This holiday event brings extra joy to our community.
What to Expect:

- Festive treats: cookies, pan dulce, & hot cocoa
- Each family receives groceries + gift cards for a special holiday meal
