As a volunteer, you’ll be a key communication link between patients, families, and hospital staff. Volunteers are part of a team dedicated to providing high-quality health care and experiencing the medical profession environment. In addition, the benefits of volunteering include personal satisfaction, meeting new people, and giving back to the community.

Collectively AHSH volunteers contribute thousands of hours annually. For some, volunteering provides an opportunity to interact with people, make new friends, or give back to their community. Others find volunteering a way to enhance their skills and explore possible careers.
